Makes 22 servings
Colorful and bright, this Birthday Rainbow Cake will sparkle and shine.
INGREDIENTS
1 box PILLSBURY FUNFETTI Premium Cake Mix
Additional ingredients to prepare cake mix per box instructions
Food coloring (red, orange, yellow, green, blue, purple)
2 tubs PILLSBURY FUNFETTI Confetti Vanilla Flavored Frosting
2 Silicone 6 Cavity Large Cake Molds
DIRECTIONS
1.Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2.Prepare cake batter according to package instructions. Divide batter evenly into 6 small bowls. Tint each bowl of cake batter with food coloring (red, orange, yellow, green, blue, purple).
3.Spray silicone cake molds with non-stick cooking spray. Add cake batter to each cake mold, one for each color of the rainbow.
4.Bake at 350 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes. Cool completely.
5.Add red layer of cake and add frosting on top, spreading with a cake spatula or knife. Repeat for remaining layers. Top with sprinkles from frosting lid.
