Easy Fresh Peach-Raspberry Cobbler

Makes 10 servings

OMG! Peach & Raspberry!

INGREDIENTS

1/2 cup butter, melted
1 1/2 cups Martha White Self-Rising Flour
1/3 cup sugar
1 1/4 cups milk

FRUIT MIXTURE

5 cups sliced fresh peaches
1 cup fresh raspberries
1 cup sugar

DIRECTIONS

1.HEAT oven to 350 degrees. Pour melted butter into 13 x 9-inch (3-quart) glass baking dish, coating bottom evenly. Set aside.

2.COMBINE flour, sugar and milk in medium bowl; mix well. Pour batter evenly over butter in baking dish. Do not stir.

3.COMBINE all fruit mixture ingredients in large bowl; toss to mix. Spoon evenly over batter. Do not stir.

4.BAKE 40 to 45 minutes or until golden brown and bubbly. Serve warm with ice cream or whipped cream, if desired.
